SHIPPING (DOMESTIC)

We ship anywhere in the United States for one low flat rate of $4.99 per order (if total ordered weight exceed 5 lbs, flat rate is $12.99). Orders over $100.00 (before taxes, if applicable) will automatically receive FREE shipping.

If your order is going to a St. Louis City address (see the list of zip codes below), enter code FREESTL at checkout to receive a $4.99 discount on your order (this offsets the automatic $4.99 shipping charge.) We'd be happy to deliver it within a couple of days (sorry, no delivery to P.O. Box addresses.) Shop Now

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

We are happy to ship your order to every country in every continent. Shipping charges vary by destination. FREE Shipping is offered on orders over certain amounts based on destination. Let us know if you have questions.

We use mostly USPS parcel service, but depending on weight and size, some items may be shipped through Priority Mail (domestic.) Although most online orders process and deliver within 3-5 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. International orders will take longer to arrive. We will send you an email with a tracking code right after your order ships. The tracking number is also a delivery confirmation.

We encourage you to include special instructions before checkout (e.g., add a note for gifts, do not send invoice, remove price tag), especially if your purchase is going to the recipient of your gift. We will be happy to address your needs or we will contact you for further instructions.

RETURNS

We believe that a sale is not final unless you are completely satisfied. If you are not happy with any of our products, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly issue a refund, offer store credit or replace the item (if damaged) with one as similar as possible given the one-of-a-kind nature of most of our products as well as the small inventory kept on hand.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
