These super cute baskets are the mini version of our Medium Round size and feature a single leather handle. They are perfect for Easter, party favors, Trick-or-Treating, and big enough for house warming basket gifts! Each basket comes in assorted colors and patterns. No two are alike!   • Approximate dimensions: 6"- 8" diameter X 5"- 6" tall (not including handle)

These baskets are made from river grass, known as "elephant grass" by local weavers in Bolgatanga, Ghana. Baskets with leather handles are wrapped in goat skin for comfort and durability. The leather is naturally tanned using local seeds and red millet, either brown or black.

With every product you purchase, you are helping provide employment, educational opportunities and medical care to artisans in Ghana.

Mini Bolgas

I ordered 2 different mini Bolgas. Different colors and the sizes/shape are little different. But that’s what helps to show their made by hand. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. I love both of them.

Attention Basket Lovers

If you are a bolga basket fan you'll love this mini bolga. Just like a regular size bolga with a leather wrapped handle, but in such a cute size! Great for mail, car keys, wash cloths and toiletries in a guest bath, an Easter basket, gift basket, etc. I absolutely love this basket.
