These rose petals are organically grown on a 10-acre farm heaving with an abundance of bananas, limes, avocados and rain-fed turmeric in southern India. Damask Rose (aka Panneer Rose), while prized for being incredibly fragrant, is also known to be extremely delicate and very high maintenance, especially when grown regeneratively, without pesticides. An ingenious solar powered dehydration system helps the petals retain their deep coloring and lock in their renowned fragrance. Grind small batches into your coffee beans, top your desserts with these bursts of pink, and even steep them in cream for a little floral joy in your everyday lives.
