This bar takes its name from Noh Sos, a nearby waterfall whose name in Mopan Mayan translates to “Great Limestone Waterfall.” The Noh Sos, shaped by limestone and fed by the Noh Ha’ (Great River), holds deep cultural and spiritual meaning for the community. Its surrounding caves tell stories of sacred history, the limestone nourishes fertile farmland, and the flowing water sustains life. Your purchase helps this same community build a stronger future through social enterprise. We are deeply grateful for your support — and we hope you savor every bite.
